CMSHS GENERAL RULES AND POLICIES
- UNIFORM:
- Students should be in complete uniform inside the school premises. The school will provide the Ids of the students. NO ID NO ENTRY.
Male uniform: White polo shirt, khaki pants, black shoes and white t-shirt under the regular polo shirts.
Hair cut: Military cut (2x2)
Female uniform: White blouse, checkered light green skirt and ribbon, black shoes and white socks.

- ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY:
- PUNCTUALITY
- Classes start at 7:00 AM and ends at 5:30 PM for First and Second Year Students and 6:00 PM for Third and Fourth Year Students.
- A student is consider late if he/ she arrives after 7:00 AM and student who will arrive after the gate has been closed, will not be allowed to enter the campus. He/She must a letter of excuse and get an admission slip from the guidance counselor for his teachers the next day.
- If a student incurs 5 consecutive tardiness within the week, the guidance counselor will send a letter warning to his/her parent /guardian.
- ATTENDANCE
- Absences are counted from the very first day of classes in all subject areas.
- Students who incur an absence is required to present an excuse letter noted by his/her adviser or Guidance counselor, before he/she is allowed to attend the classes.
- Request for pull out or permission to leave the campus before dismissal must be submitted in writing by parents/guardians to the guidance office.
- Students with prolonged absences due to illness must secure a health certification from the attending doctor.
- CONDUCT
- All students should fall in their respective lines during the Flag Ceremony and Flag Retreat regardless of religion. Unnecessary movement and talking are not allowed.
- Students are expected to maintain silence in the classroom and in the corridors while classes are in session.
- Students should behave properly during assemblies and school programs.
- Students should refrain from the use of words that are offensive, vulgar, indecent or blasphemous in nature.
- Possession of deadly weapons, illegal drugs, cigarettes, liquor or any similar materials are strictly prohibited.
- RESPONSIBILITY
- Students are expected to be responsible in meeting their academic requirements such as assignments and projects.
- Students must be responsible for their personal belongings. The school is not responsible for any loss or damage to possessions of students. Lockers are available through the adviser.
- Students are responsible for the proper care of their assigned rooms and other school properties. Vandalism and littering are strictly implemented.
OFF-LIMITS AREAS:
- All administrative offices and Faculty room.
- Students are not allowed to stay in the school premises after school hours, unless they are issued a pass by the principal.
CURFEW TIME:
- Students who wish to come on Saturday, Sunday, holidays or other no class days will be required to present entry permits issued by the principal with parents permit.
